Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Larkana was established with the mission to manage and regulate education in the educational institutes and also manage their annual exams of Matric and FA/FSc at the end of year. Larkana Board manages the educations and holds the annual and supply exams in the schools and colleges located in Larkana, Jacobabad, Dadu, Kashmore, Shkarpur, Khairpur, Shahdadkot and Kambar.

Larkana Board was established about 20 years ago but it showed wonderful progress in imparting education in the schools and colleges and also raised the standard of education in the educational institutes, which affiliate with it. BISE Larkana Board manages the Matric class part 1 and 2 annual exams in March. The concerned candidates can get the BISE Larkana Board Matric date sheet for part 1 and SSC date sheet for 10th class during the month of February. Candidates of matric class part 1 and 2 should be ready as Larkana Board conducts the SSC part 1 and 2 annual exams in the month of March. Similarly, Larkana Board issues Inter part 1 date sheet and HSSC part 2 date sheet in March but the annual exams of Intermediate part 2 and FA/FSc part 1 conducts in April in the allotted exams centers.
