Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Larkana was established in 1995 with the aim to provide quality of education to the students in the government and private educational institutes being affiliated with this board.

BISE Lakana is responsible to maintain education and also conducts the annual and supply exams of matric and intermediate classes in the schools and colleges located in Kashmore, Shikarpur, Khairpur, Dadu, Jacobabad, Larkana, Kamber and Shahdadkot. Larkana Board has its own schedule on which it conducts the exams of SSC and HSSC classes every year.
